This course represents part of the overall training requirements for an OSIC to become qualified to supervise Alteration Installation Team (AIT) installations. Each command will dictate additional training requirements, as deemed necessary, for an OSIC to obtain qualification.

This training will include a summary of risk management, a discussion of the expectations for project teams, an introduction to the risk management process and best practices as defined in the Department of Defense Risk, Issue, and Opportunity Management Guide, as well as references that can be used for amplifying information.
